QA Company is looking for a Prompt Engineer with a focus on AI in test automation. Are you a test automation professional with experience in prompt engineering? What you will do

In this role you will be responsible for designing, setting up, and implementing prompt engineering across multiple teams. You will work with innovative AI models and know how to use prompts efficiently to improve the efficiency and accuracy of testing processes. Your tasks will include:

  • Helping software development teams work more efficiently through smart use of prompt engineering
  • Coaching teams or individuals in prompt engineering and applying it to improve the quality of their work
  • Collaborating with development teams to effectively integrate AI-powered tools into the testing process
  • Experimenting with and implementing AI in software testing, actively contributing to improvements and proposing new ideas for our services
  • Participating in our “Mastering AI-Powered Testing” program to further deepen and apply your AI and software testing knowledge

What you bring

  • A solid background in test automation with experience in designing, setting up, and implementing automated test solutions
  • Experience with AI techniques, preferably applied in the context of prompt engineering and software testing
  • An analytical, curious, and innovative mindset, always thinking about how things can be better, faster, and smarter
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • A learning-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for embracing new technologies
