Are you the QA Manager who goes beyond classic test management and truly makes an impact on the quality of software products? You guide clients in redesigning their test automation stack toward modern, AI-driven and agentic solutions, and you're proud to be the nerd in the room.

🎯

Your mission

  • Leading and coaching QA and testing teams, with a focus on technical deepening and AI adoption
  • Designing and implementing next-gen QA strategies (AI-driven, risk-based, continuous)
  • Guiding clients in the transition from legacy test automation to agentic test architectures
  • Introducing AI agents for test generation, maintenance, analysis and self-healing
  • Setting up scalable test platforms within CI/CD (DevOps / Platform Engineering)
  • Collaborating with developers, AI engineers, product owners and stakeholders
  • Analysing test data with AI and translating it into concrete quality improvements
  • Initiating structural improvements toward autonomous quality systems

What you bring

  • At least 5 years of experience in test management or QA in complex, multidisciplinary environments
  • Demonstrable experience with modernising test automation (e.g. from Selenium-heavy stacks to modern frameworks)
  • Experience with or strong interest in AI/LLM applications within testing
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD integrations
  • Experience with observability, data-driven testing and self-healing tests
  • Known with Agile, Scrum, DevOps and/or SAFe
  • Ability to make teams AI-ready, both technically and in mindset
  • Able to engage substantively with engineers on architecture, tooling and code
  • Strong analytical and communication skills in Dutch and English
