Job Description: As a Test Automation Architect at QA Company, you will be responsible for advising and supporting our clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing test automation strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify best practices, and deliver tailored solutions that align with their specific situations and goals. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating roadmaps, designing test automation frameworks, and offering technical guidance to development teams. Clients may be located throughout the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of clients’ current test processes and automation maturity.
  • Develop detailed test automation roadmaps and implementation plans.
  • Design and implement custom test automation frameworks and solutions.
  • Advise and guide clients in selecting the right tools and technologies for test automation.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients during all project phases.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of test automation processes.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in test automation, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Deep knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cucumber).
  • Experience advising and supporting clients in implementing test automation strategies.
  • Strong programming skills and experience with scripting languages.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients at different levels.
  • A results-oriented mindset and the ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
