As a Test Automation Architect at QA Company, you are responsible for advising and guiding clients in designing, implementing and optimising test automation strategies. You work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their specific situation.

- You are a resident of the Netherlands.
- You are fluent in Dutch.
- You hold an EU passport (or an equivalent work permit).

Your mission
- Conducting assessments of clients' current test processes and automation maturity levels.
- Drawing up detailed test automation roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Designing and implementing tailored test automation frameworks and solutions.
- Advising and guiding clients in selecting the right tools and technologies for test automation.
- Providing technical expertise and support to clients throughout all phases of the project.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimisation of test automation processes.
- Working with clients across various sectors throughout the Netherlands.

What you bring
- At least 3 years of experience in test automation, preferably in a consultancy environment.
- In-depth knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium and Cucumber.
- Experience in advising and guiding clients in implementing test automation strategies.
- Strong programming skills and experience with scripting languages.
- Excellent communication skills: you communicate effectively with clients at various levels, from engineer to management.
- A results-driven attitude and the ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with multiple test automation tools in addition to Selenium, Appium and Cucumber.
- Certifications in the field of test automation or architecture.
- Experience across multiple sectors, enabling you to switch quickly between different client contexts.
- An affinity with AI in test automation and an interest in developing yourself further in this area.
